Sales Manager (m/w)
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and significantly contributing to the increase in sales numbers and the expansion of the company.
- You enjoy convincing potential customers of our acoustic cameras through online or on-site demonstrations.
- You clarify technical and commercial issues and independently manage potential customers from the offer to the conclusion of the contract.
- You do not shy away from directly approaching new customers or dealers.
- You are aware of the importance of a well-maintained CRM system (Hubspot) and maintain it accordingly.
Your Background
- You have several years of experience and demonstrable success in the sale of technically sophisticated products in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or similar.
- You are skilled in the application of various sales techniques and love interacting with people.
- You are confident in negotiations and presentations in both German and English.
- Self-motivation, persuasive power, strong closing abilities, and high willingness to travel distinguish you.
Our Offer
- An attractive salary starting from €42,000 fixed, with the willingness for significant overpayment depending on qualification and experience; in addition, success-dependent commissions

Sales Development Representative (m/w)
Your Tasks
- Planning and implementation of activities as part of the Lead Management process.
- Regular maintenance of the sales pipeline including reporting of key performance indicators.
- Creation and follow-up of offers and orders and coordination of deliveries with customers.
- Coordination of product demos in-house and at potential customers’ locations.
- Handling of complaint management.
Your Background
- Completed commercial education (HAK, HBLA) with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing, and high service orientation.
- Independent, precise, and reliable working method.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Very good IT skills, ideally with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.

- An annual gross salary of EUR 30,000 on a full-time basis, this can be higher depending on qualification and experience.

Software Developer - Back-End (m/w)
Your Tasks
- Implementation of cloud-based applications using open source frameworks
- Design and implementation of user-friendly APIs for cloud-based applications
- Development and implementation of virtual infrastructure in the cloud
- Automation of recurring tasks in the agile development process
Your Background
- Solid technical education (University of Applied Sciences, University) in areas such as Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, Technical Informatics, or similar.
- Excellent skills in Java, Docker, and Git; Kotlin is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based services, Gradle, Spring Boot, and Linux
- Independent and analytical way of working as well as willingness to learn and commitment

Your Tasks
- Implementation of new features for mobile applications on the Android platform
- Ongoing improvements and constant refactoring of the existing implementation
- Working with Retrofit, as well as DataBindings, Hilt & Dagger, and Material Design
- Close collaboration with employees from Sensor-Manufacturing, Marketing/Sales, Backend/Cloud, and the support department

Your Background
- Solid technical education (University of Applied Sciences, University) in areas such as Software Engineering, Mobile Computing, Technical Informatics, or similar.

Your Tasks
- Design and development of digital and analog circuits
- Design and development of electromechanical sensor components
- Conducting simulations, analyses, and verifications of components
- Collaboration with global suppliers in component/product manufacturing
Your Background
- Solid technical education (University of Applied Sciences, University) in areas such as Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Knowledge in the development of EMC-compliant analog/digital electronics for measuring devices including simulation, layout, and collaboration with global EMS providers.
- Knowledge in the integration of electronics, sensors, and mechanical components for measuring devices
- Knowledge and experience in conducting component verifications and tests.
